Kim NguyenMBA

In this newly created and pivotal role, Kim Nguyen is responsible for improving the investor experience for Fiera Real Estate (“FRE”) clients. She is focused on enhancing communication channels between FRE and Fiera Capital Corporation’s sales and distribution teams; expanding institutional relationships with existing and prospective investors; and driving the firm’s traditional marketing and client services function.

Kim joins us from BentallGreenOak where she held a variety of positions that spanned portfolio and financial analysis and compliance. Entrepreneurial in nature, Kim previously ran her own consulting firm where she helped clients to design business plans, organized speaker series, and developed growth and capital raising strategies. She also worked as a consultant at Colliers International where she began her career in real estate in 2013. Kim graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce. She is currently completing her MBA at IE Business School.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, weight-lifting, and listening to music.
