Marcus Sperber

Mr Sperber is a founder of NorthCroft Capital, a Real Estate investment and advisory business. He brings more than 30 years of property and development experience to Fiera Capital. Prior to his appointment at Fiera Capital, Mr. Sperber was Managing Director and Global Head of Real Estate at BlackRock, where he spent 17 years leading the business’ real estate practise. Before joining BlackRock, Mr Sperber served in a number of senior management positions with various real estate companies. Mr Sperber is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, has served on a number of industry committees and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sheffield Polytechnic in the UK.
