Stéphane Gendron

Stéphane Gendron has over 25 years of experience in the financing industry. He joined the Real Estate Financing Team in May 2023.

Stéphane spent the last 14 years with the Laurentian Bank of Canada as Senior Manager, Real Estate Financing. Previously, he held various roles at CitiFinancial Canada for 12 years and the last six he served as Branch Manager. Over the years, Stéphane has participated as a financial partner in the realization of large-scale real estate projects. He specializes in land financing, as well as construction financing for residential, commercial, industrial, office and mixed-use projects. He has developed a solid expertise in the analysis of development projects and the implementation of financing structures that meet the needs of real estate developers and promoters, and has maintained strong business relations in the industry. Stéphane began his career as a lawyer in private practice before reorienting his career in the financial sector.

Stéphane holds a Bachelor’s degree of Laws and a Diploma in Notarial Law from the Université de Montréal.
